1. What Pickled is
Pickled is an informational service that aggregates publicly visible pickleball court availability in Singapore and links you to each venue's own booking website. Pickled does not sell, hold, reserve or process court bookings, and no contract for court hire is ever formed with Pickled.
2. Accuracy of information
Availability, prices and venue details are retrieved from third-party booking systems and cached briefly. Slots can be taken, re-priced or withdrawn at any moment, and venues may change their opening hours, rules or fees without notice. Information on Pickled is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always rely on the venue's own website — the page you land on when you click a slot — as the source of truth.
3. Third-party websites
Links on Pickled lead to websites operated by the venues or their booking providers (Playtomic, CourtReserve, ActiveSG, SAFRA and others). Your use of those sites, including any account you create and any payment you make, is governed solely by their terms and privacy policies. Pickled is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any listed venue or booking provider.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping it at volume, attempting to disrupt it, or using it in a way that burdens the venues' booking systems it reads from.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Pickled and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including missed bookings, pricing differences, venue closures, or errors in displayed availability.
6. Changes
These terms and the service itself may change at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
